Will there be alcohol available at the wedding?

Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited on the Hidden Oaks premises. No alcohol will be served. There will be complimentary non-alcoholic drinks available.

What time should I arrive?

The wedding will start at 3:00pm. We advise you to come early, seating will open at 2:30pm. Once the ceremony starts, you will be seated at the discretion of the ushers.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be at Hidden Oaks Retreat Center, at 6558 Hermosa Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737. You may access the property north of 19th Street from Hermosa Ave. The Hidden Oaks private entrance is just south of the 210 freeway sound wall on the west side of the street.

What steps are you taking to ensure the wedding will be safe during the pandemic?

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors. We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

We ask that you only come with the number of people indicated on your invite card. We will be unable to accommodate additional guests at this time.

What is the parking situation?

Parking is free and onsite. The parking lot is a 5 minutes walk uphill to the ceremony location. Please budget time accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire. Ladies, the ceremony will be taking place over the grass.
